How to ask for prayer, who sees your request, and what to do when you need more support.
Yes. You are welcome to ask for prayer whether you have attended once or for many years. You do not need to have everything figured out first.
We treat prayer needs with care. Prayer requests are shared with the pastor, the Prayer Team Leader, and co-ordinators who help carry the request in prayer. Share only what you are comfortable sharing. If you prefer limited circulation, tell us when you send your request.
Use the Contact page and choose "Prayer Request" as the topic, or use the Prayer Request page. You can also speak with a pastor after Sunday service.
We can help connect you with pastoral counselling, Cell Fellowship, or other church care. Prayer is often the first step, not the only one.
Yes—please do. Asking someone to pray with you is a simple, biblical way to seek God’s help, and you don’t need to have the “right words.” At ROLCC, you can request prayer through our Prayer Ministry, speak with a pastor after service, or share your need through the Welcome Form so someone can follow up. If you’re comfortable, a Cell Fellowship is also a safe place to be prayed for and supported over time. You’re not meant to carry burdens alone.

Prayer doesn't remove every difficulty, but it helps us bring our worries to God and find His peace in the midst of them. At ROLCC, we believe prayer, God's Word, wise support, and Christian community all play an important role as we trust God through anxious seasons.
