Purpose isn’t usually found in one moment—it’s formed through walking with Jesus and faithfully doing the next right thing. Start with what God clearly calls every believer to: love God, love people, and grow in His Word. Then notice where your gifts and burdens meet real needs. At ROLCC, a practical way to discover this is to join Cell Fellowship, serve in one ministry area for a season (Welcome, Media, Outreach, River Kids, etc.), and ask a pastor/leader for guidance. Clarity often comes while you’re moving, not while you’re stuck waiting.
Serving is one of the ways we grow as followers of Christ and use the gifts God has given us to bless others.
At ROLCC, there are opportunities to serve in worship, media, children, hospitality, outreach, administration, prayer, technical teams, and many other ministries. We'd be happy to help you discover where your gifts can make the greatest impact.
Not always.
Some serving opportunities are open to those who are regularly attending and getting to know the church, while other ministries may require additional preparation or church membership. This helps us care well for both our volunteers and those they serve.
Our leaders will guide you through the appropriate next steps based on the ministry you're interested in.
Yes. We believe teenagers should be encouraged to discover and use their gifts from a young age.
At ROLCC, teenagers can gradually become involved in different ministries under the guidance of ministry leaders. We encourage them to grow spiritually, serve responsibly, and develop Christ-like character as they serve.
Absolutely. If you have skills in photography, videography, design, audio, lighting, livestreaming, social media, or technology, there are opportunities to use those gifts to serve God's Kingdom.
